The Monke Token advocates for a return to a simpler and better time. A time when people lived in harmony with one another and worked for common good. We plan to achieve this by building a community that will work together for a set of common goals that we believe will help humanity and the planet as a whole by putting us closer with our Ape Brethren. The open exchange of ideas and goods, all through Monke Token. We hope that our community will exchange goods with and reward each other by using the Monke Token as an asset. This will primarily be done through our Discord Server, which will be an open place for discussion and collaboration.
The Monke community will work endlessly to ensure that our world is safe from the environmental hazards plaguing it. Monke Token is built on the Algorand Blockchain, which is carbon-negative and energy efficient thanks to its innovative Pure-Proof-of-Stake Protocol.
The Monke community will help ensure that zoo animals, especially apes, are well taken care of. We want to ensure that nothing like Harembe's death ever happens again. "Justice for Harembe" can be achieved by teaching the community that great apes are gentle creatures that we should cherish, and strive to be like.
Monke Token is available to buy under the TinyMan DEX, a decentralized exchange on the Algorand Blockchain. All you need is some ALGO, and you are ready to join the Monke Community!
Once you do so, transfer your ALGO to a personal Algorand Wallet (the Algorand Mobile Wallet is a great option)
The Tokenomics for Monke Token are quite simple: 70% is locked in the TinyMan DEX for exchange, while 20% is held in the "bannana reserve" to facilitate development, rewards, and community engagement. The other 10% was given to a friend who introduced the developers to the Algorand ecosystem.
Monke plans to release its bannana paper to describe its goals, hold its first community meetup, and have several raffles for to distirbute more Monke Tokens.
